Gregg Antemann, PWS is a Principal Biologist and President of CWS. He holds a M.S. degree in Biological Sciences from State University of New York, College at Fredonia, 1996, and a B.A. degree in Biological Sciences from Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio, 1994. Mr. Antemann is certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist through the Society of Wetland Scientists. He has been involved in the environmental field for over twelve years. His areas of expertise include complex jurisdictional waters delineations, protected species assessments, Section 404 and Section 401 permitting, and compensatory mitigation planning.
Mr. Antemann has acted as Project Manager and Project Coordinator on hundreds of projects for various municipal, industrial, commercial, utility, and engineering clients. Through his experience in the private consulting industry, Mr. Antemann has formed an excellent professional relationship with state and federal regulatory and resource agencies and is intimately familiar with rules and regulations developed by these agencies.
Thomas J. Blackwell currently serves as a GIS Analyst and Field Biologist for CWS. He has an M.Sc. (Agr) degree in Environmental Resource Management from the University College of Dublin, Ireland, 2006, and a B.A. degree in Geography, 2004, From Trinity College of Dublin, Ireland.
Mr. Blackwell has three years of experience in natural resource management and environmental consultation. He specializes in GIS analysis, natural systems inventory, environmental resource management, wetland delineation, GPS mapping and surveying, and GIS database management.
